The number of tickets you offer is optional but we have provided guidelines to help you.  Please bear in mind that the latest Big Day Out saw on average a 52% redemption rate, so not all tickets will be used.  In this case you may wish to offer more than you expect to be redeemed to ensure a good turnout.  There is a minimum of 10 tickets per attraction required to participate.
GUIDELINES FOR TICKETS
Visitor Numbers over 100,000 = 500 tickets
Visitor Numbers over 50,000 = 250 tickets
Visitor Numbers over 20,000 = 150 tickets
Visitor Numbers over 10,000 = 100 tickets

6. Is your attraction free or charging?
7.
8. Another idea to encourage visitors to the smaller free attractions on the day would be to be part of a 'package' with at least one other smaller attraction in your area.  The 'package' would be available under one 'Big Day Out' voucher to encourage visitors to circulate? Is this something you would consider?
The main objective is to have as many tickets as possible available on the one day, but we know some attractions may not be able to do this.  If you are unable to take part on the 27th March 2010 but would like to offer tickets for another time of year please complete the following.  If 27th March is good for you, please move on to Question 10.
9.
Each household will only be able to apply for two tickets.  Some attractions will be opening just for Big Day Out visitors and others are keen to encourage additional visitors.  We are happy to promote the best options for you.
10. Will you be open for non Big Day Out visitors?
We work closely with the Further Education Colleges in Kent who offer tourism courses and are keen to provide support on the day.  They can provide students to help with delivering customer service or undertaking visitor research at your attraction.  This is an excellent way of getting younger people involved and providing them with experience of our great industry.
